MARTINI (PERFECT) Pre dinner ( martini glass )

5.5 cl Gin

1.0 cl Dry Vermouth

1.0 cl Red Vermouth

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel and, or, maraschino cherry.
