GIN FIZZ Long drink ( highball )

4.5 cl Gin

3.0 cl Fresh lemon juice

1.0 cl Gomme syrup

8.0 cl Soda Water

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, except soda water. Pour into highball glass. Top with Soda water.
