CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL Long drink (flûte)

9.0 cl Chilled Champagne or Sparkling wine

1.0 cl Brandy

Add two dashes Angostura Bitter into flute, and one half sugar cube. Pour gently chilled champagne. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
