PORTO FLIP After Dinner Cocktail

1,5 cl (1/2 oz.) Brandy

4,5 cl (1 1/2 oz.) Red Port

1 cl (1/3 oz.) Egg yolk

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass. Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
